What We Cannot Take

16mm film, floppy discs and 8-track. We cannot convert these at the moment. It is something we are looking to add in future.

Where a tape has visible mould or water damage, we choose not to attempt it. 8mm tape is much thinner than VHS and a failed attempt can destroy the recording for good. That is our policy rather than a statement about what is possible, a specialist restoration service may still be able to help, and we will tell you if we think that is worth pursuing.
